We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) through PayPal, and cryptocurrency payments including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), Litecoin (LTC), USDT, and USDC.

When you choose to pay by card, you'll be redirected to PayPal's secure checkout page. Your card details are handled entirely by PayPal — we never see or store them.

Select your preferred cryptocurrency at checkout, and you'll be shown a unique payment address and QR code. Send the exact amount displayed to that address. Once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, your entry is automatically processed.

Confirmation times vary by network. Bitcoin and Litecoin typically take 10–30 minutes, Ethereum and ERC-20 tokens (USDT/USDC) around 2–5 minutes, and Solana is usually under a minute. You have 30 minutes to complete each crypto payment before it expires.

If you don't send the payment within 30 minutes, the payment address expires. You'll need to start a new checkout to generate a fresh address. Do not send funds to an expired address.

Entry purchases are final and non-refundable once confirmed. Refunds are only issued if a competition is cancelled by Ticket Dibs or if a technical error caused a duplicate charge. Cryptocurrency transactions cannot be reversed once confirmed on the blockchain.

Yes. Card payments require a minimum of $0.50, and cryptocurrency payments require a minimum of $1.00.

Winners are selected randomly and fairly once a competition reaches its total entry count and the draw timer expires. Each entry gives you one chance in the draw.

Some competitions have a countdown timer that starts once they reach a minimum number of entries. Others draw at a fixed date. The draw conditions are displayed on each competition page.

Winners are notified via email and Discord. Log in to your account to view your win and follow the instructions to claim your prize.

If we cancel a competition, all affected entries are refunded to the original payment method. For crypto payments, refunds are issued at the USD-equivalent value.

We offer three tiers: Bronze ($7.99/mo), Silver ($14.99/mo), and Gold ($24.99/mo). Each tier provides monthly bonus entries, and higher tiers unlock entry discounts, priority support, and exclusive Gold-only competitions. Annual billing is available at a 17% discount.

Yes! You can subscribe with any of our supported cryptocurrencies. Crypto subscriptions do not auto-renew — you'll need to manually renew before your subscription period ends.

For card subscriptions, click 'Cancel Subscription' on the subscribe page to cancel anytime. Crypto subscriptions simply expire at the end of the paid period.

Bonus entries are free entries you can earn through subscriptions or referrals. When entering a competition, you can apply bonus entries to reduce or eliminate the entry cost.

Share your username as a referral code with friends. When they sign up using your code, both you and your friend receive bonus entries. Gold subscribers earn double referral bonuses.

Bonus entries remain in your account until you use them. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another user.
