Ticket Dibs ("we", "us", "our") operates a prize competition platform at ticketdibs.com. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our platform.
These competitions are lawful prize competitions under the Gambling Act 2005 (UK). They are not lotteries, raffles, or games of chance. Entry to each competition requires the successful completion of a skill-based qualifying question, as required by UK law.
You must be at least 18 years of age to enter any Competition on Ticket Dibs. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We may request proof of age and identity at any time and reserve the right to void entries and withhold prizes where eligibility cannot be verified.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your participation in Competitions complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. Residents of jurisdictions where prize competitions are prohibited by law must not enter.
Employees, directors, and immediate family members of Ticket Dibs and its affiliated companies are not eligible to enter Competitions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in suspicious activity, or are found to be duplicate accounts held by the same individual.
Ticket Dibs operates lawful prize competitions. Each Competition requires the Entrant to demonstrate a degree of skill by correctly answering a qualifying question before their entry is accepted and payment is processed.
Before completing any entry, you will be presented with a skill-based question. You must answer this question correctly in order to proceed with your entry. This requirement ensures that each Competition qualifies as a prize competition under the Gambling Act 2005, Section 339, rather than a lottery.
If you answer the question incorrectly, you will be given the opportunity to try again with a new question. No payment is taken until the question is answered correctly and the entry is confirmed.
By entering a Competition, you agree to the following:
Winners are selected at random from all valid entries using a verified, automated random selection system. The draw takes place once the entry threshold is met or at the stated draw time, whichever occurs first.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify a Competition at our discretion. In the event of cancellation, all affected entries will be refunded in full.
Prizes for each Competition are described on the relevant Competition page. Prizes are as stated and are not transferable or exchangeable for cash unless an alternative cash prize is specifically offered.
Winners will be notified via Discord and/or email within 24 hours of the draw. Winners must claim their prize within 24 hours of notification. If a winner fails to claim within this period, we reserve the right to re-draw a replacement winner.
We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control.
Ticket Dibs offers subscription plans (Bronze, Silver, Gold) that provide bonus entries, entry discounts, and other perks. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
Payments are processed securely through PayPal (card payments) and via direct cryptocurrency transfers (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Litecoin, USDT, USDC). Entry prices are displayed in USD.
Cryptocurrency payments are converted at the market rate at the time of transaction. Once a crypto payment is confirmed on the blockchain, it is considered final and cannot be reversed.

Entering a Competition and not winning does not entitle you to a refund. Cryptocurrency refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original sending address at the USD-equivalent value at the time of refund.

In accordance with UK competition law, a free entry route is available for any Competition where one is required. Where applicable, free entries can be obtained by contacting us via our Discord server or email. Free entries are subject to the same skill-based question requirement and carry the same chance of winning as paid entries. Full details of any free entry route are available on request.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination, voiding of all entries, and forfeiture of any prizes without refund.

All content on Ticket Dibs, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Ticket Dibs or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ticket Dibs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, losses resulting from cryptocurrency price fluctuations, blockchain network delays, or failed transactions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Ticket Dibs is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee the accuracy of cryptocurrency exchange rates or the timeliness of blockchain confirmations.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or on-site notification. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you have a complaint about a Competition or our service, please contact us through our Discord server or by email. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 working days. If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may refer the matter to the relevant alternative dispute resolution provider or to the courts.
